The Wellness Plan

Participating in your Wellness Plan is as simple as 1-2-3! 

Step 1: 

Complete your Annual Physical

You may complete your physical at the EdHealth and Wellness clinic or complete at your physician's office (must complete form & upload to WellRight). Your physical must be complete November 1, 2025 - October 31, 2026.

 To ensure an appointment by the deadline at the EdHealth and Wellness  clinic, schedule your physical by September 30th, 2026.

Step 2:

Complete the Health Risk Assessment on the WellRight Portal.

Step 3: 

Utilize the EdHealth and Wellness Pharmacies for your maintenance medications.
