Anna is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She obtained her BS and MS degrees from Lincoln Memorial University in Knoxville, TN. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Anna worked in a cardiac setting at a local hospital for many years. She treats acute and chronic conditions and enjoys building relationships with her patients. Anna strives to help her patients achieve their optimal wellness goals. 

Kathleen is a Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in private practice and a strong commitment to patient care. She graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) School of Nursing with her Bachelor’s degree in 1997 and later earned her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from UTC in 2012. Kathleen began her career in private practice clinics before joining One to One in August 2023.

Outside of her professional life, Kathleen enjoys reading, traveling, bicycling, and watching Jeopardy. She is married to her husband, Robert, and is the proud mother of two grown children, ages 26 and 23. Kathleen has a unique ability to sense when the temperature drops below 80 degrees and enjoys connecting with patients to help them improve their health through active listening and collaboration.

Michelle is a Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from Carson-Newman University in 2020. Her clinical experience includes primary care, urgent care, and employee health with 121 prior to moving to Arizona for three years. She is excited to return to her hometown of Chattanooga.

She strives to partner with and empower patients in their healthcare journey in the treatment of acute and chronic conditions, as well as focus on preventive care through a healthy lifestyle

Outside of the clinic, Michelle enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and exploring with her young children.

Scott is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with a passion for both medicine and personal growth. Originally from Nashville, TN, he developed a deep appreciation for music and the arts before pursuing a career in healthcare. Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tennessee Tech University, where he also served as an Anatomy and Physiology Teaching Assistant. He went on to receive his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel University and became Board Certified in 2015.

With over nine years of experience in Emergency Medicine, including a recent position with Vanderbilt, Scott has built a strong foundation in patient care. Outside of medicine, he is a dedicated practitioner of Stoic Philosophy and an automotive enthusiast, particularly fond of early 1990s Japanese sports cars. His prized possession is a 1993 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo, which he enjoys taking on spirited drives around town.

Scott and his wife, a home health Occupational Therapist, recently relocated to Chattanooga in 2024, a city they fell in love with on one of their first dates in 2017. As they eagerly await the arrival of their first child, they are excited to embark on this new chapter of their lives while contributing to the community they now call home.

Jason is a FNP seeing patients with both acute and chronic conditions. As well as becoming an FNP in 2017, Jason holds his master's degree in Theology and has earned his National Certification with AANP. He has worked in ministry and higher education and is very passionate about educating his patients to better control their health and wellness. He continuously dedicates himself to their well-being every day. Outside of excellent patient care, Jason is a professional cheesecake making extraordinaire.

Stefanie is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 28 years of experience in the medical profession. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Carson Newman College in 1996. Stefanie furthered her education and graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee in 2010. She worked as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner and then returned to earn a Postgraduate degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Southern Adventist University and holds National Certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Stefanie has experience as a Practitioner in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Acute Care, Urgent Care, Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine and Family Practice. Stefanie strives to deliver a holistic approach to medicine and provide excellent care to her patients physically, emotionally and mentally. 

Brenna earned her undergraduate degree from South Dakota State University and completed her graduate studies at Maryville University. She joined the medical field with a strong desire to help others, inspired by experiences with sick family members while growing up and the meaningful impact healthcare providers had on her family during that time.

Brenna values having a system that allows for effective, seamless follow-up and believes it plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care.

Outside of work, Brenna can usually be found biking or spending time at home with her cats.

planning, Dana excels in empowering clients through

evidence-based strategies and individualized coaching.

Her expertise includes nutrition and lifestyle

optimization, mindfulness, stress management, and

setting behavioral goals. Certified by the National

Board of Health and Wellness Coaching and the

Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, Dana uses her

skills to promote sustainable lifestyle changes and

enhance overall well-being for employees
